IGLC 17 Industry Day

An Introduction to Lean in Construction

This two-day seminar is specifically designed for people who manage projects. It alternates between presenting concepts and methods (Last Planner, target costing, and supply chain management) and practical cases showing how they are put to beneficial use. This event is presented by the Lean Construction Institute.
