Cannot Access Online Submission System?

We would recommend our user to use IE explore. Other browsers such as FoxPro are not compatible with some functions. Also, setting up a proxy would be helpful. If you still cannot access the online system, please try another computer somewhere else (not in the same building).

Please turn off Pop-Up Blocker.

The online submission system only accepts English alphabets a to z. If you are entering data in the system, please follow this rule. Otherwise, an error will occur.

The online system is protected by firewall that may block any suspicious packages. If you have tried above and still cannot access the online system, please advise us your ID and Password for the online system. We will process your submissions for you and inform the decision through e-mails.
