Fees

The Journal of Engineering, Project, and Production Management (EPPM-Journal) charges publication fees to support costs of peer review, editorial processing, online hosting, archiving, and long-term maintenance of published articles.

Paper Access Fees: Free

EPPM-Journal is Open Access. It is entirely free to download papers published by the Journal.

Paper Publication Fees: US$500.00

Manuscripts submitted after December 31, 2024, are subject to publication fees if accepted.

Expedited Process Fees: Optional upon author's requests

1. Expedited review fee: US$250.00

    Review results will be returned to the authors in four weeks after the payment is completed.

2. Emergent review fee: US$600.00

    Review results will be returned to the authors in one week after the payment is completed.

3. Expedited publication fee: US$250.00

    Accepted papers will be published online in four weeks in the upcoming issue after the payment is completed.

4. Emergent publication fee: US$600.00

    Accepted papers will be published online in two weeks in the upcoming issue after the payment is completed.

Over-length Fee: US$100.00 per page

Paper length above 12 pages will be charged US$100.00 per page.

Revision Fee after Acceptance: US$150.00

Authors who request to revise their papers after acceptance will be charged US$150.00. The Journal reserves the right to revise the content or not.

English Proofreading Fees: Depending on time required

Papers are subject to English proofreading services depending on review comments. If required, a professional proofreader, and native speaker of English, will polish the manuscript before publication.

Certificate of Acceptance Fees: Optional upon author's requests

An acceptance letter will be emailed to the corresponding author once the paper has been fully accepted for publication. However, authors who request a certificate of acceptance to certify the acceptance status will be charged US$100.00. This certificate addresses acceptance status, Journal’s review processes, and a scheduled publication year.

Transaction and Service Fees

Additional transaction or service fees may be applied by banks, payment platforms, or invoicing systems, depending on the payment method.

Refund Policy

All payments, including transaction and service fees, are non-refundable once the Journal has started providing the service.
