About Taiwan Lean Construction Institute

Chien-Ho Ko and Min-Yuan Cheng founded the Taiwan Lean Construction Institute (Taiwan LCI) in January 2005. The Taiwan LCI's purpose is to improve project performance in the construction life cycle i.e. in concept, design, bidding process, construction, operation, and decommissioning. Taiwan LCI is located at 1 Hseuh-Fu Rd., Neipu, Pingtung 912, Taiwan.
