Each team please prepare: gaming implements, ID
documents, and entry permit

No on-site registration and no roaster change
are allowed

Staff guides contestants to their gaming
location, and contestants start preparing their
robots

Judges score the poster (the poster will not be
returned)

Contestants who fail to present at the
designated reporting time frame will be
disqualified
PS: ID documents need to include such
identification information as photos and ID number.

Robot Check and Collection |

The physical size and design of the robots have
to comply with the game requirements, or the
team is disqualified.

All teams have to present all robot components.
No robots in assembled, semi-assembled, or
quasi-assembled forms are allowed as they are
obstructive to fairness for other contestants.

The check procedures are performed by staff. Any
team found to compete with non-compliant robots
is disqualified.

Robots that pass compliance checks will be
collected.

Draw Lot for order of the competing
round
|
|
The order of the competing round will
be determined by the lot drawn by contestants. Each
team competes in rounds indicated by lots and
follows all rules and instructions from judges. No
order change request will be granted.
